10 INVASIVE ADENOCARCINOMA, acinar predominant, moderately differentiated.
11 Tumor involves all three cores; lymphovascular invasion present.

19 Findings consistent with primary pulmonary adenocarcinoma.

21CLINICAL HISTORY
22 64-year-old female, lifelong never-smoker, presenting with
23 3-week history of right-sided chest discomfort. CT chest demonstrated
24 a 3.2 cm spiculated mass in the right upper lobe with ipsilateral
25 mediastinal lymphadenopathy (subcarinal, 1.6 cm).

28 Tissue is sufficient and has been triaged for next-generation sequencing.
29 Recommend reflex molecular profiling per NCCN NSCL-G.
